If you don’t mind, I have a couple of questions about pumping with the Whopper.

After using the large cylinder and then becoming erect, by “deep massaging” after the first and second pumps, is that mainly focusing on pressing and massaging deeply on the buried shaft at the base and perineum, or squeezing the actual shaft as well?

While using the smaller cylinder, am I supposed to be fully erect the whole 10 minutes? Because it seems I’m erect for maybe 20 seconds and then seem to go soft… is the pumping going to be less effective because of this? When I pull the cylinder off, I’m completely soft. I can tell it’s bigger, but that’s from the extra blood.

When using the recommended vacuum pressure, it doesn’t feel like much is happening. If going a little higher doesn’t hurt for me, is that okay? Or should I stick strictly to the recommendations?

Going back to being erect while using the smaller cylinder, after doing the final 3rd pump and using the leather strap, should I be erect?

(By the way, the leather strap doesn’t seem like it does much… they forgot to ship it initially, and I was using a thick shoelace before receiving the strap, and that seems to work better for holding the blood in at least? Not sure.)

SUSAN’S ADVICE

Manipulate all the penile tissue you can access both inside and along the shaft. You’re massing the blood all around. The blood oxygenates your tissue, increasing the growth.

You do not want to be erect during the time your penis is in the cylinder.

Being flaccid allows the skin and tissue to stretch and fill with blood. You put your penis and balls in the big cylinder flaccid. Then pump and hold the correct pressure for the week you’re on. Then release. Massage until you get an erection. Go flaccid. Put the smaller cylinder on. Pump and hold to the correct vacuum. Put the leather strap on to hold the blood in after removing the second cylinder.

Stick to the recommendations 90% of the time. At the end of each pump session, you can go a little higher. Don’t push it.

There should only be two pump sessions—the first with the big, the second with the small.

Flaccid, pump big cylinder.

Massage until you get an erection.

Flaccid, pump smaller cylinder.

Trap blood for 30 minutes with strap.

If you don’t like the leather strap, try the cock rings in my Amazon store. They allow the blood in the penile veins to flow. Regular cock rings can crush your corpus spongiosum and should not be used.
